Rovio Entertainment Corporation. In Plants vs. Zombies: Garden WarfarePlants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2and Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville all characters have a certain amount of health present with them which dictates the survivability of each character.
This can vary between classes, but it is almost always a number that is equally dividable by Plant classes have more varying amounts of health than Zombie classes on average, but Zombie classes deal higher amounts of damage than Plant classes do on average.
Z-Mech S. When health falls down to 0 or, if enough damage is dealt, it can become a negative numberthe target is vanquished, meaning they are knocked down to the ground and will be rendered unable to attack on their own and can be considered dead.
Zombies: Garden Warfare 2Sunflowers and Scientists can revive their allies back to full healthbut doing so puts their ally at risk of being Vanquished as well. While being in this revive-able state, the player is put into the respawn cycle and can choose to respawn.
Some attacks, namely Chomper 's Chomp attack while executed from behind or while burrowing or Cozmic Brainz 's primary weapon while at its third charge level, will if successful render the player unrevivable.
Vanquishment is directly the method of scoring in Team Vanquishand indirectly in Vanquish Confirmed! In Team Vanquish, the player must, as the name says, vanquish an enemy player to score a point for their team but if the vanquished player is revived, it will subtract one point from the opposing team's point count.
In Vanquish Confirmed! Zombies will respawn on one of multiple spawn points which are all located within in a predetermined spawn zone. If an Engineer or Engineer variant has built a teleportera purple door will appear, and zombies will be able to use this to get closer to the garden easier. In Herbal Assaultthe respawn mechanism is reversed. Zombies now spawn a moderate distance away from the objective they defend while plants spawn within a specific spawn zone. The portal technique will return as well, except only Roses and Rose variants can build the teleporter and the appearing door is green.

He does not have any traits, and his ability makes the amount of damage he does equal to his health stat. He was added in update 1. He was made available in the Weekly Event which ran from April 25, to May 2,and became craftable as of update 1.
His name comes from the phrase "health nut," a person who is obsessed with their health. It also serves as a visual pun, as Health-Nut is depicted as a Tall-nut in shape lifting a barbell with small Wall-Nut -like nuts for weights.
His description mentions the phrase "skip leg day," which is jokingly used when someone does not work their legs out, resulting in their upper body being disproportionately bigger than their lower body. This is a reference to how Health-Nut does not have any legs, thus being unable to work them out.
However, his ability causes him to lose strength whenever he takes damage, so always keep an eye on his health. On the other hand, this also means that the more health Health-Nut has, the more damage he does. It is advisable to play cards that boost health such as SmackadamiaSteel Magnoliaand Photosynthesizerwhich not only increases his health, but also his damage output.
Grape Responsibility is a very notable trick for Health-Nut due to its extremely low cost, doubling its health which effectively doubles its strength. If Health-Nut is damaged, play healing cards like 2nd-Best Taco of All Time to restore his health so he can do a more powerful attack. You can also protect him from further damage by shielding him with tricks like Root Wall only available to Citron and Grass Knucklesplaying a Team-Up plant like Wall-Nut in front of him, or moving him out of harm's way with Gardening Gloves.
Since this is also a nut, you can play Mirror-Nut to prevent your opponent from hastily hurting him, or Smackadamia for the aforementioned health-boosting synergy. However, you must be really careful against Hearty heroes, as Health-Nut technically has 0 strength, making him vulnerable to the aforementioned instant-kill tricks.
You must be really careful against this as the more health he has, the more damage he does when he attacks. Fortunately, this also means that he is easier to deal with if he is low on health.
If you are playing as a Beastly hero, Squirrel Herder can destroy Health-Nut instantly since he is a nut plant. In case Squirrel Herder is unavailable, resort to using Locust Swarm instead. If Health-Nut is damaged, you can try a sneaky way by using Evaporate on him, though only Electric Boogaloo and Immorticia can use this. Beastly heroes can also use stat-lowering tricks such as Nibble on Health-Nut to lower his health and make his strength weaker.
As for other heroes, you can aim to damage him as much as possible using damaging tricks such as Bungee Plumber or by having a zombie on the same lane as Health-Nut do a bonus attack, which not only damages him, but also reduces his damage output. Troll Zombie acts like a basic Gargantuar, but with a bit more health, slower movement speed, and no Imp to throw.
Troll Zombie also cannot be frozen, slowed by perfume, chilled, stunned, or knocked back. Troll Zombie is also fully immune to fire attacks and takes half damage from fire peas, explosions, and electric attacks, and can walk over Spikeweed and Spikerock without being hurt.
Troll Zombie is based on a troll, a mythical, cave-dwelling being depicted in folklore as either a giant or a dwarf, typically having a very ugly appearance. He is mainly based on one of the three hill-trolls from the book The Hobbit, who are incredibly stupid but giant and nearly-invulnerable to damage. Troll Zombie is based on the appearance of a hill troll from The Hobbit, with a large body, stupid-looking expression, and a lack of clothes other than a pair of crudely-constructed suspenders.
He also has two left feet, a typical analogy for clumsiness. This may be a reference to the clumsiness of typical mythological trolls, especially the hill trolls it is based on. Troll Zombie, although slow, can be incredibly dangerous if you are caught off-guard. His immunities to status effect absolutely ruin most strategies, and his resistance to certain types of damage can make his already-appreciable health seem much higher when using Plants he is strong against.
Due to Troll Zombie's massive amount of immunities, fighting against him can be incredibly annoying. If you know that Troll Zombie is going to be in a level, it is recommended to bring Plants that he isn't strong against, such as basic attackers like Bowling Bulb or Melon-pult.
Also remember that he takes half damage from explosions, meaning that crowd clearers such as Cherry Bomb or Primal Potato Mine will be much less effective against him, so plan accordingly. Mainly though, just treat him like you would treat a Gargantuar, as his increased health and immunities shouldn't affect your strategy too much unless you are very focused on things he's strong against.
Luckily, there are a few effects that Troll Zombie is not immune to. First, Troll Zombie can be buttered to trap him in place temporarily.
This can be useful if you have a high-level Kernel-pult and are having trouble facing Troll Zombie, but will most likely be unhelpful due to Kernel-pult's RNG aspect and the low stun time. This is altogether the most efficient way to take out Troll Zombie as it can quickly shred through his appreciatable health, but be careful if there is a Healer Zombie nearby as it can remove the poison, altogether making this strategy worthless.

Cowboy Zombie thinks he's the roughest, toughest, meanest zombie varmint in the west, south, and east.Zombies Heroes and a member of the Hearty class. It does not have any traits, and its ability prevents the zombie hero from being defeated while it is on the field.
Any damage done to the zombie hero when their health is at 1 does not hurt them or charge their Super-Block Meter. This ability persists until all Undying Pharaohs are removed from the field. It is based on the zombie in Plants vs. Zombies 2 with a similar appearance.
Its name is a combination of "undying," referring to its ability, and "pharaoh," referring to the zombie it is based on. The word "de-Nile" in its description is a pun on the word "denial," and the Nile river, a river found in Egyptwhich is the longest river in the world.
In Ancient Egypt, the Nile River was considered to be very important. Undying Pharaoh doesn't have the greatest stats although 6 health is still a lotbut it isn't exactly used as a fighter. Instead, Undying Pharaoh serves as an insurance card just in case anything unexpected happens, and a clutch card for when your opponent's plants are threatening to defeat you, buying you a few turns to regain control.
But a thing to note is that Undying Pharaoh itself does not help you regain control much due to its below-average stats, meaning that you will need to shore up your defenses with other zombies; if your opponent has gained complete control over you, there is little Undying Pharaoh can do.
At the very least, you can heal via cards like MedicHeroic Healthand Nibble without taking any unnecessary damage. Surprising your opponent by playing this on low health would be your best time to play Undying Pharaoh, because if you play Undying Pharaoh earlier presumably when you have enough health to feel comfortableit will draw aggravation and get destroyed early, unable to save you when you really need it.
As for placement, play it on the rightmost lane lane 4, unless the 5th lane is not an aquatic lane or if Killer Whale is used so that it can nullify as many attacks as possible. As mentioned above, Undying Pharaoh will be your opponent's number 1 target due to its ability, so keeping it alive is important. There are two ways to do it, either by supporting Undying Pharaoh, or messing with the opposition. The Smash and Neptuna can use Possessed on Undying Pharaoh to give it a small health boost and the Frenzy trait, but Camel Crossing is better if you don't need the Frenzy trait.
You should beware of opponents with instant-kills in this case, as they destroy Undying Pharaoh regardless of stats technically, Doom-Shroom and Shamrocket have limits, but there is no reason to let your opponent lower Undying Pharaoh's strength.
Another option is to sneak Undying Pharaoh in after the Plants Play phase to protect it from things like instant-kill cards. This can be done by hiding it in a gravestone as Neptunaor teleporting it in as Rustbolt. However, Mega-Grow or Kabloom heroes can take this opportunity and use bonus attacks or damaging tricks to take the win. The former is also susceptible to anti-gravestone cards like Grave Buster. And finally, you can shield it with cards like Escape through Time or Zombot Battlecruiserpreventing you from losing for the entire turn.
But just like the first option, this strategy is also weak to instant-kills. As for the latter, instant-kills are your best bet against plants; Rocket Science and Locust Swarm should easily take care of major threats, while Rolling Stone and Weed Spray can help with weaker plants.
However, you don't necessarily have to destroy them, and you can prevent plants from attacking Undying Pharaoh with moving cards, or stall them with Freezingboth of which are generally cheaper. Bonus Track Buckethead and Defensive End also help, shutting down or making it harder to use bonus attacks and tricks respectively.
And finally, Parasol Zombie makes it completely invulnerable to tricks, forcing your opponent to deal with it using plants and environments, causing trouble for them if they rely on tricks to remove tough zombies.
Undying Pharaoh is a major nuisance the moment it gets on the field, and your goal will be to remove it as fast as you can, because your opponent will be invulnerable unless this is removed. The best option would be to play instant-kill cards like ToadstoolSquashShamrocket, and Doom-Shroom, although if you are to use Doom-Shroom, it will also destroy your plants with 4 or more.
If you don't have them or if your opponent gives this the Untrickable trait, you should overwhelm Undying Pharaoh with sheer damage, whether it be from plants or tricks the latter only works if Undying Pharaoh doesn't have the Untrickable trait.
This strategy is easier to execute as a Mega-Grow or Kabloom hero due to their access to such cards. Gardening Gloves can also help if said plant is already on the field, as your opponent can play Undying Pharaoh somewhere else.
Bouncing cards like Spring Bean and Jumping Bean can't destroy Undying Pharaoh, so they should only be considered as secondary options.
